🧪✨ STEM + SLIME = LEARNING IN ACTION! ✨🧪Our SHADES students at Adrian Burnett Elementary got hands-on with some seriously fun science! 🎉Our K–2 students explored the fascinating world of Oobleck, while our 3rd–5th graders experimented with making slime. But while it looked like messy fun, our students were actually learning some BIG STEM concepts! 🔬Through these activities, students practiced:🧠 Problem-solving & critical thinking🔬 Making observations and asking questions⚖️ Exploring physical properties and states of matter📏 Measuring, following directions, and experimenting🤝 Teamwork and collaboration💡 Cause and effect through hands-on discovery🎨 Creativity and learning through playThe best part? 🎉 New Hopewell Clubs Kick Off! 🎉Our Clubs started, and what a fun-filled day it was! 💛📚 Storybook Club read Our Class Is a Family and had a meaningful conversation about how SHADES can be family.
