Summer Enrollment

Summer enrollment opens Monday, February 20, 2017!

How to Register                o   Printing paperwork below, or
               o   Completing the fillable forms below, saving the forms to your device and e-mailing the forms to the program director, or
               o   Stopping by the site location to receive the paperwork

Once you have completed the pre-registration form, you will be contacted to complete the registration process.  If the camp you have selected is full you will be notified and may be placed on a waiting list.  If the camp is available, in order to complete the registration process you will need to complete a health history form, a Camper Enrollment/Authorized Pick Up form, a Camper Schedule and Fees Form and if applicable a Drop In Parent Agreement.  You will also need to submit the registration and applicable deposits payment.  Payments can be made by credit card over the phone, or mailed to 6701 West Emory Road, Knoxville, TN 37931.  Camps will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
