SHADES of Development believes that children and families have the right to participate in after-school programs that support their beliefs, values and goals. SHADES programs are concerned about the whole child. Therefore, SHADES of Development is diligent in learning about the goals families, schools and communities share for the children in each of our after-school site locations. We realize that each family, school and community is unique and should be celebrated for that uniqueness.
